Summer Counseling Workshops

Join us for various Saturdays throughout the months of May, June, and July to get a little taste of what counseling can do for you. Our team of licensed therapists will be available to teach and guide you through ideas about how to create a fun and structured summer for your kids, developing a family mission statement, and more.

Nurturing Mind, Heart, and Spirit: Empowering Your Child’s Growth

When: Thursday, May 22 from 12 - 2pm

Where: 1418 Heights Blvd, Houston, TX 77008

What to expect: Join Jennifer and other moms for an engaging and interactive workshop designed to equip parents with practical tools and activities to support their children and teens in three vital areas: spiritual formation, emotional regulation, and optimal brain development.In this workshop, you will:
• Discover age-appropriate spiritual practices to help children develop a deeper connection with their faith and values.
• Learn effective strategies for guiding your child through emotional challenges, building resilience, and fostering emotional intelligence.
• Explore brain-based activities that enhance learning, focus, and healthy mental habits.Through hands-on activities, real-life examples, and evidence-based practices, you will leave with a toolkit of ideas to nurture your child’s mind, heart, and spirit in powerful and lasting ways.Who Should Attend:

The Friday Pause

When: Friday mornings from 7-7:30am on 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, Break for the 4th, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1

Where: 1418 Heights Blvd, Houston, TX 77008

What to expect: Quinn Moy will be guiding participants through a combination of research-based meditations, visualizations, and breathing techniques to provide relaxation as well as the opportunity to build some of these physically and emotionally regulating skills into your day to day routine. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
